• Guided kayaking tours in Groningen waterways
• Kayak and equipment rental services

• Group booking and corporate events

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by tootxkvl.top. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.2 Payment

• Payment is required to secure your booking
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT
• Group bookings may require a deposit

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations by us: Full refund or rescheduling

5. User Obligations and Responsibilities

5.1 Age and Health Requirements

• Participants must be at least 8 years old (with adult supervision)
• All participants must be able to swim
• You must disclose any health conditions that may affect participation
• Pregnant women should consult their doctor before participating

5.2 Conduct and Safety

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides
• Use provided safety equipment at all times
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during activities
• Respect the environment and other water users
• Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately

6. Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Kayaking involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Risk of drowning or water-related injuries
• Weather and water condition hazards
• Equipment malfunction or user error
• Collision with other watercraft or objects

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. We strongly recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Equipment and Property

• All equipment remains the property of tootxkvl.top
• Users are responsible for reasonable care of equipment
• Damage or loss due to misuse will be charged to the customer
• Equipment must be returned in the condition received
• Report any equipment issues immediately

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, tootxkvl.top's liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tootxkvl.top, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of tootxkvl.top and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
