No previous experience is necessary! We offer tours and instruction suitable for complete beginners. Our guides will provide basic paddling instruction and ensure you feel comfortable before setting off on the water.

We provide all kayaking equipment including kayaks, paddles, and safety gear. You should bring weather-appropriate clothing, sun protection, water, and snacks. We recommend quick-dry clothing and avoiding cotton materials.

Safety is our priority. In case of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel tours. We'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives or provide a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability. Contact us to check current availability.

Children aged 8 and above can participate in our tours when accompanied by an adult. We have special equipment sized for younger paddlers and routes suitable for families. All participants must be comfortable in water.
